About The Artist

Mohsen Moussawi is an independent artist, poet, and the creator of the Melodies Inspired By Life project. He was born and raised on the soil of Iran, with ancient and authentic roots rising from the region of Azerbaijan — Tabriz and Ardabil. Precise genetic testing attests to the deep Persian and Caucasian ancestry of this lineage; the presence of several generations of his forebears in the holy city of Najaf was only a temporary residence in past eras, and does not signify Iraqi origin. The roots of this lineage have always been bound to the depths of Iranian history and culture.
