Tools that call an outside AI — translation, image and video generation, vocal separation, upscaling — are real money leaving MIBL every time they run, so none of them is ever unlimited. What the subscription does is pay for a set amount of that use each month, A$7.50 of it, and take something off every run past that. The meter keeps running; we would rather say so.

What writers ask
Do I need to finish the whole book first?
No. Publish one chapter and add the rest as you write — readers see the new ones as they appear.
Who owns what I write?
You do. Publishing here does not transfer any rights, and you can unpublish at any time.
Is the translation any good?
It is tuned for prose rather than interface text, and it works chapter by chapter so you can read the result and re-run anything you are not happy with. It is a translation, not a rewrite — your voice and your paragraph breaks survive.
What does translation cost?
It is billed from your wallet per chapter, for every author including VIP. That is an outside AI provider charging us real money, so we never pretend it is free.
Where does a tip actually go?
Into an earnings account that belongs to you and is kept separate from your spending wallet, minus the 20% platform fee — A$2.40 of a A$3.00 tip, and the whole A$3.00 if you are VIP. It is kept apart on purpose: money you have earned should never be spent by accident, and it means we can always show you exactly what came from readers.
Why is there a 7-day wait?
A card payment can be reversed by the person who made it for a while after it goes through. Holding a tip for 7 days means a reversal arrives before the money has left, rather than after — otherwise the reader gets their money back and the author is left owing it. Once it settles, it is yours.
When can I move the money to my bank?
Once you have connected a payout account and your settled earnings reach A$20.00, the minimum a single withdrawal can be. You may later be able to move settled earnings into your MIBL wallet to spend on tools instead; if that is offered, the direction is one-way: once it becomes spending credit it cannot be withdrawn again. That rule is what keeps the wallet from being usable to move money around.
Can I use my own music?
Yes — up to 20 tracks per book. Upload your own files, or use music you have already made with MIBL's tools.
