Terms governing your use of MIBL Radio — the AUD Wallet, VIP, and the Creator Economy
Australian consumers: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
MIBL Radio operates a single wallet denominated in Australian dollars (AUD): 1 unit of balance is exactly A$1.00. Every price across the site — tools, downloads, VIP, Cloud Radio tiers and author support — is shown in Australian dollars and is deducted from this one wallet. The former in-site currencies “Gem” and “Credit” are retired and no longer exist; if you still see either name anywhere on the site or in the app, it refers to this same AUD balance under an old label that we are still in the process of correcting.
Wallet top-ups are processed in Australian dollars through the secure Stripe gateway. Depending on your device and browser, one-tap methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. MIBL Radio is an Australian business and is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged to you and no GST component is included in our prices. Our receipts are not tax invoices. If we become required to register for GST in future, we will update this clause before it takes effect. The exact amount is shown before you confirm any payment. Prices may change in future; every deduction is recorded in your history at the price in effect at the moment of use.
The wallet is an internal spending account, not a bank account. Funds you add yourself are for using the services on this site and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or converted back into cash. The only balance that can ever be withdrawn is genuine income you have earned from readers supporting your work, and then only under the conditions in Section 3. This separation is enforced technically: your withdrawal ceiling never exceeds your total earned income (less anything already withdrawn), even if your wallet balance is higher.
Once your balance has been deducted for a service and that service has been delivered, the transaction is final and the amount is not returned to your wallet. The reason is that many of our tools call a paid external API at that moment and the underlying cost is incurred immediately. Conversely, where an operation fails through a verifiable technical failure (API error, server error, or a mid-run crash), the amount is returned to your wallet automatically or on request via support — you are not charged for something you did not receive.
This clause does not limit your legal rights. If you are an Australian consumer, the non-excludable guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply and Section 12 prevails over this one. If a service was not delivered, or what you received differed materially from what was described, contact [email protected] and we will deal with it.
MIBL Radar is our bug-reporting mechanism: use the site-wide “🐞 Report a bug” button to tell us about a problem and, optionally, attach a screenshot. It is entirely voluntary and carries no reward — the former reward programme was removed on 29 July 2026. Reports may first be screened by an AI assistant for a preliminary severity read; that screening is advisory only. Submitting fabricated or bad-faith reports, or using the tool to transmit prohibited content, may lead to account suspension under Section 7. By attaching a screenshot you agree that we retain that image to investigate the report; please check that it does not show sensitive information before you send it.
A VIP subscription is activated by deducting a set amount from your AUD wallet and, for a fixed period, gives you three things. First, a cloud radio station — the Cloud Radio tier matching your VIP tier, granted for as long as the subscription is active (clause 2.6). Second, it lifts our own internal limits: free or higher-quota use of tools that run on our own servers (such as PDF Studio, Design Studio, the Audio/Video Converter and similar), cosmetic features, removal of the watermark from work you publish, and no platform fee on reader support (clause 3.3). Third, a standing discount on tools that call an outside AI service — a discount, never free access; see clause 2.2. The subscription is sold monthly or annually. Song downloads are not part of VIP by default (see Section 5). The size of each benefit, the subscription price and the period length are shown at the moment of purchase and may change in future. A paid subscription also includes a monthly allowance of external-AI tool use — A$7.50 a month on the entry tier, up to A$30.00 on the dearest — spent before your wallet is touched; see clause 2.2.
Any feature that depends on a paid external AI service to run — such as image and video generation, mastering, vocal separation, AI translation and the writing assistant — is charged from your wallet every time you run it, for every member including VIP members. What VIP changes is the price, not the fact of it, and how much it changes depends on your tier: up to 20% on MIBL VIP Bronze, up to 30% on MIBL VIP Silver and up to 40% on MIBL VIP Gold — up to, deliberately, because the floor described below binds on many tools and on those the real reduction is smaller than the headline rate. The rate is set by the administrator, applied automatically at the moment of charge, and already included in the price you are shown before you confirm. It is bounded in our own code and can never bring a price below what the outside provider charges us for that run; where the configured percentage would breach that floor, the price stops at the floor. The reason we state plainly: each run is real money we pay a third party at that moment, and a flat subscription cannot absorb a bill with no ceiling. Wallet top-ups are never discounted or covered — those are real fiat transactions. A paid subscription includes a monthly allowance of this use — currently A$7.50 on MIBL VIP Bronze, A$15.00 on MIBL VIP Silver and A$30.00 on MIBL VIP Gold, measured at the list price of what you run. It is spent before your wallet, in full or in part: where a run costs more than the allowance has left, the remainder comes from your wallet. It resets at the start of each calendar month, does not carry over, and is not refundable or convertible to wallet money. The discount above applies to whatever you run beyond it. A period given as a reward or a gift carries no allowance — see clause 2.6.
In addition to the paid subscription, MIBL Radio may at its sole discretion grant Honorary (Permanent) VIP to selected users — such as active community contributors and close friends of the project. It is granted only by manual admin assignment and cannot be purchased, requested, or transferred.
Referral path: one condition of eligibility is referring a defined number of new users (per the threshold shown in your dashboard) who sign up, verify their email, and make at least one real-money wallet top-up. Meeting this creates eligibility, but the grant itself remains at the administrator’s discretion. Each account can be counted as “referred” only once, at signup; self-referral, disposable-email addresses, or any other manipulation cancels those referrals and, in serious cases, results in permanent account suspension.
The VIP subscription fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, no funds are returned to your wallet — but you keep full VIP access until the end of your current period; only the auto-renewal for the next period is stopped. Cancellation is performed via the "Cancel Subscription" button in the user dashboard and is reversible at any time: you can re-enable auto-renew before the period ends.
Auto-renewal is on by default. At period-end, if auto-renew is enabled and the wallet has a sufficient AUD balance, the subscription fee is deducted automatically and a new period is added. If the wallet is short on funds, the renewal is automatically halted (auto-renew is switched off) so you can top up and reactivate when convenient. No penalty or negative balance is ever incurred. We email you three days before any automatic charge, naming the date and the exact amount, so you can cancel first if you would rather not be charged. A VIP period received as a gift never renews by itself: auto-renew is off on those accounts, and nothing is taken from your wallet when the gift period ends.
The subscription is sold in three tiers — MIBL VIP Bronze, MIBL VIP Silver and MIBL VIP Gold — and everything else in this section applies identically to all three. Two things differ between them: the cloud radio station each one includes (bitrate, storage, how many people can listen at once, and whether the station stays on air continuously or wakes when a listener tunes in), and the discount rate in clause 2.2. The live figures are shown on the VIP and Cloud Radio pages. The station is granted for as long as the subscription is active and reverts to your own plan when it lapses — nothing you uploaded is deleted, only the limits change. If you already hold a Cloud Radio plan better than the one your tier grants, you keep the better one. Buying a tier applies it immediately, in both directions: buying a cheaper tier while a dearer one is still running does move you down. Days you have already paid for are never removed; only what those days include changes. A VIP period given as a reward or a gift is granted at the MIBL VIP Bronze tier. A gifted period carries the station, the internal limits and the discount, but not the monthly allowance of clause 2.2: that belongs to a subscription that was paid for.
You can write and publish your own book in the MIBL Library. You keep full ownership of your work — we claim none of it. By publishing, you grant MIBL Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to host, store, display and serve that work to readers on this platform, and to show parts of it (such as the title, cover and description) to promote it on the site. That licence ends when you delete the book or your account. You warrant that you own what you publish or have the necessary permission, and the prohibited-content rules in clause 4.2 apply here too.
As an author you choose how many opening chapters of your book are free to everyone. A free chapter means that entire chapter, including all of its parts and sub-sections, is free. Setting the number to zero makes the whole book free. VIP members pass through the paywall. You can change this setting at any time and the change applies immediately to new readers.
Readers can support your book with a payment, which also unlocks full access to that book for them. From each contribution MIBL Radio retains a platform fee and the remainder is credited to your wallet. The current fee is 20% — so from an A$1.00 contribution, A$0.80 goes to the author. If you are a VIP member, this fee is waived in full — you keep 100% of every contribution for as long as your VIP status is active. This rate is set by the administrator and may change; the rate applied to any transaction is the one in effect at the moment of payment, and it is recorded in your earnings history. The fee covers payment-processing, hosting and running the platform, and is non-refundable.
To keep this small and simple there are limits: how much one author can receive, and how much one reader can send, are each capped over a rolling 30 days, a reader can support the same book once per cooling period, and a book must be published and public before it can be supported at all. The amount asked for is set by the author of each book, within a minimum and maximum that MIBL sets; all of these figures may change. If a contribution is declined for one of these reasons you are told so before any payment is taken, and nothing is charged.
Your share of every contribution goes into an earnings account of your own, not into the wallet you spend from. The two are kept apart on purpose: money you have earned should never be spent by accident, and the separation lets us always show you exactly what came from readers. Earnings start as unsettled and settle automatically after 7 days (admin-configurable, and shown on your earnings dashboard) — you do not need to do anything. The wait exists because a card payment can be reversed by the payer days later (a chargeback), and once money has left the system it cannot be recovered. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the earning it funded is reversed with it.
Settled earnings have one exit today: a withdrawal to your bank (clause 3.5). We may also offer a transfer into your MIBL wallet to spend on the site’s tools; wherever that is offered, the transfer is one-way and irreversible — once earnings become spending credit they can no longer be withdrawn to a bank. This rule is deliberate: it is what prevents the MIBL wallet from being usable to move money.
Every movement of money is written to an append-only ledger that is never edited or deleted; a correction is a new entry rather than a rewrite of the past. These records are retained so that we can account for any amount, to you and to the authorities.
To withdraw your earnings you must create a Stripe Connect payout account and complete Stripe’s identity verification. That happens directly with Stripe; we neither see nor store your identity documents or bank details. Withdrawal is not possible until Stripe has verified your account.
If a withdrawal is definitively rejected by Stripe (for example, invalid bank details), the amount is returned to your wallet automatically and you are told clearly. If the outcome is uncertain — for instance a network failure mid-transfer — we deliberately do not auto-reverse it and instead hold it pending manual review. This is because auto-reversing in that situation could result in paying you twice. In that case you will be asked not to retry; we check the status with Stripe and resolve it as quickly as we can. In neither case is your money lost.
You do not need an account to support a book. If you pay as a guest, Stripe collects your email address at checkout and we automatically create a free account for you with that address and send you a single-use sign-in link — so the book you unlocked stays yours and you can come back to it later. No password is set unless you choose one. Supporting again with the same email does not create a second account. You can request deletion of that account at any time under Section 11. What data is processed along this path is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Separately from supporting an author, you can support MIBL Radio itself (for example via the “Buy us a coffee” widget). These payments go 100% to the MIBL Radio platform, no share goes to any author, and they are recorded separately from author support. Such a payment is a voluntary gift, not the purchase of a good or service, and you receive no additional content in return. Like other payments it is non-refundable, subject to the same statutory rights in Section 12.
MIBL Radio provides AI-assisted tools for writing, cover creation and translation. The following rules apply to them:
You are solely responsible for any image or audio file you upload to an AI tool (for example a video generation first/last frame, vocal separation, mastering, or a Design Studio tool). By uploading, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you agree not to upload content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, nor any illegal, abusive or exploitative content. These files are sent to the relevant third-party provider (see Section 9) only to run your requested job, and no permanent copy is kept on our own servers once the job completes. MIBL Radio is not responsible for how a third-party model interprets or renders your content.
Private (one-to-one) chats and invite-only rooms in “MIBL Tanin” are protected with end-to-end encryption (E2E); keys live only on your device and neither MIBL Radio nor any administrator can read their content. The “Public Lobby” is public by nature and any member sees its messages. If you clear your browser storage, older encrypted history becomes unrecoverable (inherent to E2E).
While chatting, the following are prohibited:
Because private chats are E2E, there is no human monitoring of content; the only automated mechanism is client-side masking of profanity (dotted-out) before sending. Enforcement relies mainly on user reports.
Images and files you share in chat are stored in your own dedicated folder and are automatically deleted after 30 days to conserve server space. To keep media permanently, you must be an active VIP Premium member (and keep renewing). An administrator may reset or delete a user’s file folder for space management, but never sees the content of any message.
Creating discussion rooms and sending heavy files/images is reserved for VIP members; other members may take part in the Public Lobby and private chats and send light images. On first entry you must accept the community conduct rules (shown once). Violations may result in a chat ban or account suspension.
The NOVA player is usable by guests (no signup): the live radio and on-demand playback are free, subject to up to 1 manual skips per hour and a sign-up reminder roughly every 4 plays. When a queue runs out, Infinite Autoplay continues with similar tracks — for guests, up to 10 tracks per session. Personal features — favourites, playlists, song downloads (charged to your AUD wallet), song requests, history and library — require a free account. These limits are admin-configurable and may change.
A member may create a Guest link for someone who cannot or does not want to register (for example, a relative) — it opens directly into a limited chat with that member only. A guest is not a MIBL Radio member, has no access to any other part of the site, and is bound by the same conduct rules in clause 4.2. The creating member can revoke the link at any time and is responsible for how it is shared.
MIBL Tanin supports voice and video calls between users. Calls are established peer-to-peer, or via an encrypted relay server when a direct connection is not possible, and are never recorded or stored by MIBL Radio. The mobile app and browser request microphone and camera access to place a call; that access is used only for the duration of an active call. You are responsible for your own conduct and content during a call, and the conduct rules in clause 4.2 apply. Call quality depends on your internet connection and is not guaranteed (see clause 10).
If you submit an audio clip using the "Voice Drop" tool, you agree that — after admin review — it may be broadcast on the public live radio stream to all listeners. Submitting a clip grants a free, non-exclusive licence for that broadcast. Clips containing prohibited content (clause 4.2) are never aired. The administrator decides, at their sole discretion, which clips are aired and may reject any clip without explanation.
Not switched on right now. Selling downloads and sending tips to artists are currently turned off across MIBL. The terms below are the licence as written and remain in force for anything that has already happened; nothing new can be bought, priced or tipped while this notice is here. We will turn it on when we can carry the obligations that come with it properly, and this notice will disappear when we do.
Any song playing on the NOVA player can be downloaded by deducting funds from your AUD wallet. The price of each track is set by the administrator (based on standard system pricing), and vocal and instrumental versions may be priced separately. The exact price is shown before you confirm the download and may change in future.
The first download of a track deducts its price from your wallet and adds it to your “Library / My Downloads.” After that, re-downloading the same track is free and no further funds are deducted.
As with other wallet spending (clause 1.4), once funds are deducted for a download the transaction is final and non-refundable. Please review the track title and price carefully before confirming.
You may request account closure and a refund of any unspent, deposited cash balance at any time. Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) used for the deposit — this is required by Anti-Money-Laundering regulations and cannot be redirected elsewhere. Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and hold no monetary cash value. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 12).
All MIBL Radio music is the property of MIBL Radio / Mohsen Moussawi, all rights reserved. Downloading a track grants you only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private, non-commercial listening. The following are prohibited: redistribution, resale, public uploading or sharing, broadcasting in media or videos, use in commercial/advertising works, and any commercial use without written permission. Files may be supplied without DRM; this grants no additional right to distribute or use them commercially.
By default, a VIP subscription does not make downloads free; downloads are charged at the standard pricing for all members (including VIP) unless the administrator enables the “free downloads for VIP” option. Fully free downloads are reserved for staff/admin accounts.
A significant portion of the MIBL Radio catalogue is produced with the assistance of AI music-generation tools and is then edited, curated and published by our team. This does not change the licence of use described in clause 5.4. Because AI-generated works are a developing area of the law, the copyright status of purely AI-generated works is still evolving in some jurisdictions; we make no warranty as to the legal status of these works in your territory.
MIBL Radio lets eligible members create and operate their own internet radio station on our platform (“Cloud Radio”). A station may begin on a free, on-demand trial (lower bitrate, time-limited) and be upgraded to a Premium “Always-On” 24/7 stream with higher bitrate and larger storage/listener quotas. You provision the station and upload your own audio; we host the streaming engine and a public station page. The available tiers, bitrates, quotas and trial length are shown in the Studio and may change in future.
You are solely responsible for everything you upload and broadcast on your station. By uploading or streaming any audio, you warrant that you own it or hold all rights and licences necessary to upload, store, publicly broadcast and communicate it — including any songwriting, publishing and sound-recording rights and any performing-rights/collecting-society licences required in your territory (in Australia, e.g. APRA AMCOS and PPCA; elsewhere the local equivalents). MIBL Radio provides the streaming platform only and does not grant or supply any music licence for the content you broadcast; obtaining and paying for those licences is your responsibility. MIBL Radio’s own catalogue (Section 5) is licensed to you for private listening only and may not be uploaded to, or rebroadcast from, your station.
Premium “Always-On” tiers are funded directly from your AUD Wallet. The monthly cost of a tier is shown before you activate it. At each renewal the tier’s cost is deducted from your balance; if your balance is insufficient, the station is automatically downgraded to the free on-demand tier (it is not deleted). As with all wallet deductions, amounts consumed for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable.
“Always-On” means we keep your stream running on a best-effort basis; it is not a guaranteed-uptime service and carries no SLA. We may pause, reclaim, restart or migrate streaming engines for maintenance, abuse, non-payment or capacity reasons. Consistent with Section 10, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the permanent retention of your uploads — please keep your own master copies of any audio you upload.
Your station and its public page (for example /r/your-station) are visible to the public and represent you, not MIBL Radio. The same prohibited-content rules as the rest of the platform apply to anything you broadcast or display: no illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually-exploitative content, and nothing that infringes the rights of others. We may, without prior notice, mute, suspend, downgrade or remove any station or page that breaches these terms or the law.
If you believe a station is broadcasting your copyrighted work without authorisation, email [email protected] with the station, a description of the work, and a statement of your rights. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content and/or suspend the station. Stations that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIBL Radio / Mohsen Moussawi from any claim, demand, royalty, fine or cost arising out of the content you upload or broadcast, or your operation of a station. We may suspend or terminate any station at our discretion for breach of these terms, legal risk, abuse or non-payment. On downgrade, suspension, termination or account closure, your uploaded station content may be made unavailable or deleted; keep your own backups.
A station with no music in it broadcasts silence while still holding a broadcast address and a slot on our servers. If your station has no tracks at all, we will email you after 7 days, and if it is still empty after 14 days we will put its broadcast engine to sleep. Nothing is deleted — your station name, its address, your settings, your plan and every file you have uploaded stay exactly as they are. Uploading a single track wakes the station again, automatically, with nothing else to do and nobody to ask. This applies only to stations with an empty library: a station that has music is never affected by this rule, however few people are listening.

We will turn it on when we can carry the obligations that come with it properly, and this notice will disappear when we do.
Closed right now. The MIBL Founding Wave is currently closed: no new track can be offered to the main wave, and no free station is given through it. The clauses below are the licence as written and remain in force for anything offered before it closed. When the programme reopens, this notice disappears by itself.
MIBL Founding Wave is an invitation-only programme for artists who make their own original music. If you join, we give you a MIBL Cloud Radio station on the Founding Artist tier — free, with no time limit and no card required — and in exchange you allow us to broadcast tracks you submit on the main MIBL Radio wave.
Nothing is bought or sold here. You pay us nothing for the station, we pay you nothing for the airplay, and no royalty or fee arises from broadcasting your work.
Separately from the airplay, a listener may choose to tip you. That money is theirs, not ours — you receive the share shown to you before anyone pays, and we keep a platform fee disclosed in the same place. Tipping is optional for everyone, creates no obligation on either side, gives us no exclusivity, and changes nothing about who owns your work.
Places are limited and offered at our discretion. Submitting a track is not a guarantee that it will be broadcast — we listen to everything submitted and choose what suits the station. We may close the programme or stop accepting new members at any time; that does not affect artists who have already joined.
When you tick the airplay box on a specific track, you grant MIBL Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, revocable at any time, to do the following with that track and no more:
This permission is given per track. Ticking the box on one track says nothing about any other track, and there is no blanket grant anywhere in this programme.
What this permission does not include. We may not sell downloads of your track on our own initiative, license it to anyone else, place it in advertising or other media, use it to train machine-learning models, or register it with any distributor, collecting society or content-identification system. If we ever want to do any of those things, we will ask you separately and you are free to say no.
Selling your own work is your decision, not ours. Separately from this permission, you may put a price on any of your own tracks and offer it for download from your own station. You set the price, you can change or remove it at any moment, and we act only as the shop: you receive the share shown to you and we keep a platform fee disclosed in the same place. Nothing here obliges you to sell anything, and a track you have not priced is not for sale.
If we produce translations or subtitles of your lyrics, we own those translations as works in their own right, and we grant you a free, permanent licence to use them however you wish, including after you leave the programme.
You keep 100% ownership of your music, your recordings, your lyrics and your artwork. This programme transfers nothing to us and gives us no share of anything you earn — from MIBL or from anywhere else.
Because the licence is non-exclusive, you remain completely free to release, sell, stream and license the same track anywhere else, at the same time, without telling us and without asking us.
You can withdraw any track at any time, from your station dashboard, without giving a reason.
We remove it from rotation as soon as the playlist next rebuilds — usually within a few hours, and in every case within 3 business days. From then on we also stop publishing new promotional material featuring it.
One honest limitation: promotional material we have already published elsewhere — a post on a social platform, for example — may continue to exist on that platform, and copies other people have already shared are outside our control. We will remove what we can reach.
The free station is tied to taking part. If you withdraw every track you have on air, we may move your station to our standard Free tier, and we will give you at least 30 days’ written notice before doing so. We will never delete your uploads, your station or your account because you withdrew a track.
Only your own original work may be submitted for airplay. By ticking the airplay box you confirm that you wrote and recorded the track, or that you hold all the rights needed to give us the permission in 6.10, and that it does not contain anyone else’s recordings, samples or compositions that you have not cleared.
DJ mixes and edits containing other people’s recordings cannot be accepted in this programme, however they were made and however freely they are shared elsewhere. This is not a judgement about you — it is simply that you cannot give us a permission you do not hold, and we will not broadcast on the strength of one.
Collecting societies. When you join, we ask whether you are a member of APRA AMCOS or a similar performing-rights or collecting society, and you agree to answer accurately and to tell us if that changes. We ask because members of such societies have usually assigned some of their rights to that society, which can limit what you are able to grant us directly. Answering “yes” does not disqualify you. It remains your responsibility to comply with your own society’s rules, including any obligation to report where your music is played; we cannot do that for you and nothing here overrides your agreement with them.
If a track turns out not to meet these conditions, we will take it off air and let you know. Section 6.6 (Copyright Complaints & Takedown) and Section 6.7 (Indemnity, Suspension & Termination) continue to apply to everything submitted under this programme.
If we make a video of your album for the MIBL Radio YouTube channel, that video is covered by the promotional permission in 6.10 and needs nothing further from you — but we ask you to opt in per album anyway, and you can withdraw that at any time.
What you would be paid, and what you are paid today. Our channel is not in the YouTube Partner Programme, so it earns nothing from advertising and your share of that today is zero. We are telling you this before it changes rather than after. If the channel is ever accepted into that programme, you receive 50% of the net revenue YouTube attributes to any video that contains only your work, paid into the same earnings account as tips and sales.
Why 50% and not more. A tip costs us nothing, so you keep 80% of it. A video is different: we make it — the render, the artwork, the captions, the upload quota, and an audience on that channel we built before you arrived. Half of what your own video earns is what we can promise and keep promising.
Videos containing more than one artist’s work are not covered by this share, because we have no honest way to divide it; we will not make one without asking you first. If you leave the programme or withdraw an album, we will take its video down on request — and any share already earned is still yours.

The signup bonus is granted only after email verification. The exact bonus amount is configurable by the administrator and may change. Accounts without a verified email remain in “pending” state and cannot top up their wallet or use paid features. Verification links expire 24 hours after signup.
You are responsible for the secrecy of your password and the security of your account. If you forget your password, you can request a reset link via “Forgot password?” on the login page (the link is single-use and valid for one hour).
Your personal data (username, email, IP, transactions) is stored solely for service delivery and security. The full detail of how we collect, use, retain and delete data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which complements this clause.
Chat: the content of private chats and rooms is end-to-end encrypted and not readable by us (see 4.1). The optional “contact email” you may place in your chat profile is separate from your account email and is shown only if you choose to make it public.
Third-party services we rely on: to run specific parts of the service, we share the minimum data necessary with the following providers — never for sale or advertising, only for that feature to work: Stripe (processes wallet top-ups, subscription payments and reader support, including guest checkout where it collects the payer’s email; we never see or store your full card number), Stripe Connect (used only if you set up author payouts — Stripe verifies your identity and holds your bank details directly, and we never see them; see clause 3.5), Groq (the AI engine behind our “Aria” assistant — your question text is sent to it to generate a reply), Google Translate (live translation of page and message text when you select another language), AcoustID (audio fingerprinting for MIBL Tanin’s Smart Copyright Shield when music is shared in chat), and Google Firebase (delivers push notifications — content-free, consistent with clause 4.1).
Cookies: we use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a few preference cookies (language, theme, analytics opt-out state); no third-party advertising cookies are used on this site.
Our Android app (“MIBL Studio”, covering both the radio and MIBL Tanin chat experience) is currently distributed directly from this website as an installable APK file, not through Google Play. Installing it requires enabling “install from unknown sources” on Android — please only download it from our official domain; we are not responsible for copies obtained elsewhere. The app may request microphone and camera access (calls, clause 4.7), notifications (incoming messages and calls), and storage (music downloads, Section 5) to function. These terms and our Privacy Policy apply to your use of the app exactly as they do on the web.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy for detail). On deletion: any remaining AUD wallet balance is forfeited with no cash refund (consistent with clause 1.4), your Cloud Radio station content (Section 6) is removed, and — because chat encryption keys live on your device (clause 4.1) — your private chat history is in any case unrecoverable once the device/browser is lost. Deletion is normally actioned within a few business days; some transaction records may be retained for a period as required by law or accounting obligations.
MIBL Radio services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We strive to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the permanent retention of any content, live stream, or files, and we may modify or discontinue any part of the service. To the extent permitted by law, MIBL Radio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the service. You are advised to keep your own backup of any files you download.
Australian consumers: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
MIBL Radio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining AUD wallet balance.
MIBL Radio is an Australian business (Sydney). These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, without limiting any other legal rights either party may have. Before taking formal action, please contact us first at [email protected] so we have the chance to resolve the issue informally.
